SELLER SERVICES
I offer comprehensive services to help sellers successfully market and sell their property. I begin by assessing the home’s value and recommending a competitive listing price based on current market conditions. I will also advise on staging and improvements to enhance appeal, create marketing materials (including photos and listings), and promote the property across multiple platforms. I will coordinate showings, evaluate offers, and negotiate terms to secure the best possible outcome. Throughout the process, I manage contracts, timelines, and communication with buyers and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient closing.

My mother worked in real estate, and my father owned a large commercial painting company where I also worked, giving me valuable experience in property preparation, maintenance, and the importance of quality workmanship.
Growing up around homes and investment properties gave me an early understanding of real estate beyond the surface, not just how a property looks, but how it functions, how it is maintained, and how it can build long-term value.
That foundation led me to purchase my first property at age 21, giving me personal insight as both a homeowner and an investor. After college, I began my professional career in human resources, where I developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that continue to serve my clients throughout every stage of a transaction.
For the past eight years, I have also worked in the office of Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling, my husband’s business. That experience has expanded my knowledge of heating, cooling, and critical home systems, an advantage that helps buyers and sellers evaluate homes with greater confidence and clarity.
